Added the piece at the bottom by creating an excel spreadsheet with the power/speed etc data in it. I had a macro that would then show it in a form and capture off the form view when running to a bitmap file in order to disk.

Then used virtualdub to convert the bmp’s into a AVI file and overlayed them onto the video.

A bit of stuffing around to get it working, but not too bad in the end.
