This video shows a solution for BlackRapid camera strap owners who are having quite a bit of a dilemma with switching their DSLR from a BlackRapid camera strap to a tripod. That’s because the BlackRapid attaches to the DSLR tripod access (bottom of the camera), therefore restricting the ability to have a tripod quick release plate attached to it at the same time. Problem solved using a Cotton Carrier Universal Quick Release Plate.

I realise that I probably should have made the strap bit to start with but hey… what can you do! I don’t really use the hotshoe but that’s probably because I don’t own any hotshoe attachments.
