Getting Started: How to Attach a Strap to Your New Canon DSLR Camera

Seems simple enough. Attach a strap to your camera. Although it took me a few minutes to figure out. The documentation didn’t show you how to. But I made a video showing you how to. So if you had problems attaching a strap to your camera, here is how to do it.

Hmmm…you may want to check another way by Ken 5253 called “Attaching a camera strap the Nikon way.”

Okay so I just realized we both have the same camera. I just got it about 5hrs ago. I just wanted to know when shooting a picture I have to look through the view finder & the LCD is all back, Is there a way to see the image via the LCD cause Im really uncomfortable taking phtos via the viewfinder.. Hope you;ll reply

@evilshreyas Yeah there is. The button is to the right of the viewfinder, it is called Live View. Once you press it, the LCD display should come on.

Thank you so much! Yours is the only video on youtube that explains that little plastic bit that you pop off and then loop through. Yours is the only video that helped me with my strap. I appreciate it!
