Take the camera into a camera store that sells the Sony and have them help you. Camera stores still give good service in the hope you will buy some of your accessories there.

Follow the instructions in the manual..the first thing in the manual is changing the battery on the remote……the second,attaching the strap!….having problems at that stage?Add Yahoo Answers to your favourites,’cos you’ll be back….
