Camera Neck Strap – Best Price!

I am looking into buying a video camera but I don’t know much about what makes a camera great and special from a similar camera. I know about the different resolutions and the progressive and interlaced options. But, aside from that I’m kinda in the dark. I want to know what the best camera is for the money regardless of what I’ll be using it for.

Also, I would like to know what the best camera is for around 00 or less. If someone could help that’d be great. Thanks in advance.

Here is what I want to do: I have a contract to create a website for someone who wants to have 24-hour streaming live video of a bridge construction site. The camera that my client has is a security camera and won’t work for this project, so I have to find a new one. I would prefer something that is plug-and-play or easy to set up. It would probably be set up outdoors, though a cover could be built and it would need to be able to have some zoom capability. What camera would be the best solution for both cost and functionality?
