Olympus is a good brand for quality and price but for convenience when uploading to YouTube, these three beat it.

Flips are easier to break than the Casios.

Look for cameras that store their video on an SD card or harddrive. Double check that the camera you buy writes video in a format that is easy to work with. Avoid the JVC Everio cameras.

I personally have an Aiptek HD camera. It takes very good quality video and is extremely small and light weight. It stores the data on an SD card which makes it very easy to transfer to a computer. It is rather simple but the video comes out well. Plus you can buy them for about $50-100 online.

All the suggestions you are getting from people seem good. I know the Flip Video cameras are popular and under $200.

If you meant something higher end and a still camera, then the Pentax K-x 12MP DSLR with 18-55mm Zoom with HD Video abilty for $550 is an interesting option to look into.
